Research & planning

Analyze CT regulations, licensing patterns, zoning realities and market gaps. Translate that into a realistic operating and financial model for a micro-cultivator.

Phase 2

Entity, structure & capital

Form Sixth Sense Cannabis LLC, finalize ownership and governance, and partner with aligned capital that understands patient, infrastructure-first growth.

Phase 3

License window

The moment the next CT micro-cultivator lottery opens, submit a complete, thoughtful application package: business plan, security plan, zoning support, financials and operating model.

Phase 4

Facility build-out

Secure an industrial space in a compliant CT municipality and complete a build-out that balances efficiency, environmental control and security from day one.

Phase 5

Launch & refine

Once fully licensed and operational, ship the first small-batch runs, gather real feedback from CT consumers and retail partners, and steadily refine toward best-in-market quality.
